Palm oil refining section:
The refining process of palm oil refining equipment includes degumming section, neutralization section, decolorizing / bleaching section and deodorizing section.
 
The main process of 50-1000 tons of continuous palm oil refining equipment:
1: degumming and deacidification section;
In the degumming and deacidification section of palm oil, soap residue was separated from the mixed oil by water washing, which provided preparation for the next step of palm oil refining process.
 
2: decolorization section;
Palm oil removal process is mainly used to remove pigment, soap residue and metal ions during palm oil production.
 
3: deodorizing part;
Palm oil deodorization mainly through distillation method to remove the odor in crude oil, improve the quality of edible oil.
